Flood waters invade everywhere

When the bottom falls out of the clouds and your city receives 8-10 inches of rain in an hour.  You can expect flooding.  This apartment complex called SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties when their residence started having water come through their exterior walls. Our technicians mobilized and were on site within 45 min of the call.  The before picture shows what looks like a nice normal apartment.  When you look at the wood flooring, you will see the refection of the windows.  The water came into this apartment under the back door. The after picture shows the room after our technicians removed the carpet, carpet pad, and the wood flooring.  They set equipment to dry the rest of the rooms.
