Roof leak in Cibolo, TX

The damage in the before picture was caused by a roof leak, believed to be caused by hail damage in a home in Cibolo, TX. The damaged wet drywall was removed in the ceiling and the wall which exposed the wall studs for proper drying and allowed for the removal of the wet insulation. The after picture shows the drywall and installation removal from the wall and ceiling in order to property dry these areas.  A dehumidifier and commercial grade air movers were then placed in the room for drying.  A antimicrobial agent was sprayed as well.  SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties is here to help.
