Our technicians mobilized and were on site within 45 min of the call.  They accessed the damages, and immediately started helping the residents move their belongings.  The before picture shows a closet that was affected.  Our technicians worked well into the night to ensure equipment was placed and the drying process was started.  The after picture shows the belongings out of harms way, and the carpet and pad pulled.
