Commercial Cleaning near Gonzales

We work with several Real Estate Agents and Property Management companies to make sure their houses are cleaned after tenants move out.  These pictures show how a tenant left a rental near Gonzales.  The agent called us out to clean the carpets.  You can see in the before pictures the carpet had several large stains.  The stains appeared to be from mud, spills, and some oil.  The SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties technicians were able to get the carpet looking great again by using our seven step process.  The process includes vacuuming, pre-spraying the areas to be cleaned, spot treating areas that need special attention, roto-scrubbing to help bring more soils to the surface, then we extract the areas, rake the carpet to bring the pile back up, and finally dry with air movers if necessary.
