Water damaged vacation home

This homeowner called SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties when their vacation home was affected by water damage from a pipe in one of the bathrooms. The amount of time from when the leak occurred to when we were called was unknown, therefore, the entire home was affected. The amount of moisture in the home caused secondary damage to the ceiling tiles as well. The contents in the home were all packed out and relocated to storage to allow for removal of all interior structural materials (flooring, drywall, paneling, insulation, ceiling tiles, etc.). These photos show the Kitchen / Entry area before and after work was performed.
