"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties. We were recent victims of the flooding in south Louisiana. We had just enough water to ruin everything; carpeting, floors, walls, you name it. The whole place had to be gutted. Mold was my immediate concern. When we pulled the walls off you could already see mold on the insulation, likely from a previous weather event before we owned the home. I was freaking the f out. We had to get it dry and treated, and fast. I got a quote from a local company that specializes in commercial jobs, but was taking on residential clients given the circumstances. I really didn't have any idea if the price I was quoted was fair or if I was being taken advantage of. I called SERVPRO, initially, for a point of comparison. It was clear pretty early on that these were my guys. The service I received was very personalized. Whitney and Cole did an amazing job of not only making sure we were dry, but also reducing my anxiety. If you've ever flooded before you know it can be a very stressful situation. These guys rolled in with all the right equipment to knock the problem right out. We were dry in half the time that I was told it would take by the comparable company. Cole stopped by everyday to take moisture readings, treat for mold, and even worked with my contractor to pinpoint trouble spots where wet insulation was left behind. I was provided with all the reports, moisture content readings, atmospheric and dehumidifier readings, daily dairy notes, anything that may be requested of me by a future buyer, insurance, or FEMA. I couldn't be any happier with my experience with SERVPRO of Guadalupe & Gonzales Counties, and with Cole and Whitney in particular. "On February 20,2017, our house was severely damaged by a tornado at 12:15 am and following the tornado, we got 3 inches of rain.  Our house was a disaster.

Our insurance agent suggested we call SERVPRO to come and removed water and clean where necessary. 

Cole and his group showed up the next day and I can't praise him and his employees enough for what they did for us the next ten days.  They were professional, organized, hard working and at the same time, they were understanding, courteous, friendly and very caring about us and our belongs.  They helped us get through this difficult time.
